Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Selai Nayaki, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. As a brand committed to offering premium-quality sarees, we ensure each order is carefully packed and shipped with utmost attention. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy thoroughly before making a purchase.

❌ Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed on our website. Every saree is packed and dispatched promptly to ensure quick delivery, making it difficult to accommodate cancellation requests.

  • Please review your cart carefully before confirming the order.

  • In case you accidentally placed an order, kindly contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at selainayakibills@gmail.com or +91 82206 59406. While we do not guarantee cancellations, we will try to assist if the order is not yet processed.

❌ Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any orders under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Color variation (Please note that colors may slightly differ due to photography and screen settings)

  • Size or drape preference

  • Delivery delays due to external courier service issues

Each saree is quality-checked before dispatch. Since these are delicate and handpicked items, we are unable to process refunds once sold.

Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Products

While refunds are not available, if you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

  • Defective in quality or stitching

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the issue. If the complaint is valid after verification, we may offer:

  • An exchange (based on availability)

  • Store credit (if exchange is not possible)

Important: We will not be able to consider any complaints or claims made after the 24-hour window.
